Finally! Pizza! OMG in Yachats, OR (The Drift Inn & Cafe)

If you know me, you know I LOVE my pizza (which is why I am trying to keep my step-count up!).

We haven't had pizza in what seems like forever (2 weeks? 😊) - so I had a craving!

In the sleepy town of Yachats, OR (more on that later - the awesome pizza is more important right now), we discovered the most amazing restaurant that serves wood-fired pizza: The Drift Inn & Cafe.

We were a bit skeptical as it's on the main drag in a coastal/tourist town (which sometimes leads to higher reviews, but the pictures looked pretty good, so we decided to give it a shot).

During Covid times, all of Oregon seems to be allowing for dining in options, but coming from California outdoor dining only rules, we opted for an outdoor spot - and, double-bonus, not only was there a ton of ambiance but Max was able to join us.

The drinks were amazing (Tom's Bloody Mary was perfectly on the spicy side - not overdone; whatever drink I had was similarly amazing - I can't remember - I was focused on the pizza being delivered).

The pizza was amazing - and Max even enjoyed his scraps!
